Brokers are a very important part of our business development program.
We have established relationships with many excellent brokers throughout the United States.  Some have been with us for years, others are just starting out.

In all cases, we are happy to provide guidance and direction to help build and maintain your brokerage business.  And, we respond very quickly in our assessment of potential deals you might bring to us.

When you have a qualified lead, you choose how closely you would like to stay involved in the due diligence process.  Some brokers just turn it over to us and we develop the relationship from there.  Others prefer to stay more involved.

In most cases, if your client has commercial accounts receivable, we can find a capital source to work with them.

While we do work with brokers on an ad hoc basis who are "shopping" the market, we definitely prefer to develop exclusive relationships.  This is generally in keeping with our philosophy of maintaining long term relationships with clients, many of whom stay with us for decades.

Please note that we also routinely provide leads from our advertising back to our brokers on deals that require consultant contacts to work.  Call or email us to find out how you can become part of our broker referral team.  Or, you can fill out our Broker Inquiry Form and we will respond accordingly.

Commission Structure and Funding Guidelines:

We pay commissions based on our factoring fees.

  • Commissions as high as 15% to 20% on deals that optimize our pricing guidelines;

  • If we can’t fund your deal, we will work with you to find a funding source;

  • Any industry (except construction and medical);

  • Any size invoice;
